Jessica Ennis is a native of England who runs, throws, & jumps for a living. Representing Great Britain in the last Olympics, she won gold in the Heptathlon. If you're like us, we had no idea what a heptathlon was, so here are the events it consists of, just so you'll be in the know: 100 m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200 m, long jump, javelin, & 800 m. We came across Jessica last week while lurking on Instagram, a place legendary for great, unexpected discoveries. Jessica is our woman crush this week because she's a winner, and though she may have better muscle tone than the both of us, she still, quite easily, manages to be absolutely stunning.
