We heard that to be in Columbus, Ohio and not visit Thurman Café is to do yourself a complete and utter disservice, so we decided to check it out for two reasons:

We heard it was really really good.
How often can we eat at a spot with “Thurman” in it’s name?

The spot is tight quartered and dimly lit, with deep wooden booths that line the walls and a feel that's authentic and homey. We both ordered the bacon burger plain with cheese and sautéd onions and it was as good as people hyped it up to be.
